Louis Erice Team Leader Louis Erice has been committed to Real Estate excellence for over 20 years and has literally helped thousands of families move and achieve their real estate sales and investment goals. In order to provide the best possible service available Louis assembled a team concept to make sure each step of the transaction runs smoothly and efficiently. The old days of the traditional Real Estate agent doing everything is not as productive as Louis’ team system. With specialists handling each aspect of the transaction, you get the service and communication you deserve. The fact of the matter is Louis’s team doesn’t replace him, it just enhances his service. He believes this to be the most effective way to accomplish his clients real estate objectives by providing the highest level of service and effectiveness, and because of that clients feel confident referring friends and family to him for all their real estate needs.

Linda Lillo Real Estate Consultant  Linda was born in Rome, Italy and has made Miami her home since 1995. Prior to joining The Erice Team, Linda spent many years in the travel industry. This background gives her a unique perspective as a realtor arming her with an appreciation and knowledge of many different cultures. She has traveled throughout the world and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. Linda is dedicated to looking out for our client’s best interests while helping them to achieve their home buying goals. She is blessed with two beautiful children, Mathew and Rebecca, and loves spending time with her family. Her favorite part of helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals is seeing the smiling faces at the closing.

David Milian Real Estate Consultant  David is a lifetime resident of the Miami, Florida area. He received his Bachelors in Finance graduating with honors at Florida International University. David loves working with people, making their dreams come true and exceeding all expectations. Labeled as one of the hardest working realtors, David’s commitment to people over time developed his value of long-term relationships rather than a one-time transaction. His background in management and marketing translates to the effective exposure your property will receive. He focuses on marketing your home to the highest degree in the market place until an accepted contract is received. When not actively pursuing his career, David enjoys exercising, reading and spending time on the beach.

Cesar Mora Buyer Specialist  Cesar is originally from Colombia and moved to the United States to study music. His true passion has become real estate; Cesar is dedicated to looking out for our client’s best interests to build a strong, long term working relationship. He gives his clients the information they need in order to make educated decisions in this high paced market. He offers the patient guidance and attention to detail that is valued as much by first-time buyers as it is by the seasoned pro investor. He is down-to-earth, and will listen carefully to your needs. Cesar enjoys performing with his band in his spare time and spending time with his three boys Daniel, Nicolas and Juan.

Elizabeth Montero Closing Coordinator  One can almost state that Elizabeth is a Miami native.  Raised in the Magic City since the age of two, Elizabeth has seen the growth of South Florida first hand.  Her career in real estate began while still in college, with a focus in economics and real estate. Her knowledge of the marketplace, customer satisfaction and attention to detail has become second nature. Elizabeth tends to all the details of your contract from acceptance to closing so nothing slips through the cracks.  Her ability to multi-task many simultaneous projects while utilizing her superb people skills makes her the ideal liaison between customers and our agents.  During the closing process she maintains constant communication with lenders, inspectors, title agents, appraisers, etc, to assure a smooth transaction. Elizabeth is both fluent in English and Spanish. She looks forward to helping your real estate transaction be as stress free as possible and in helping any way that she can! Jennifer Cabarga Administrative Assistant  Jenny was born and raised in Miami, FL.  Previously, she managed a security company for over 6 years working closely with property managers and board members all over Miami-Dade County.   Her management skills proved to be exceptional especially with a team of our size and the magnitude of clients we serve; there is never a dull moment. She is bi-lingual, English and Spanish and has a very strong background in marketing, technical writing and creativity which is illustrated throughout all of the Team’s many advertising mediums including print and copy advertising, photos, brochures, direct mailing On her free time she enjoys fishing and spending time with friends and family at the beach with her two dogs.
